Within the building division of the business, they're involved in construction of Commercial Fit Out, Industrial, Retail & Hospitality projects.

THE ROLE
As part of daily responsibilities, you will work collaboratively with the General Manager and Project Manager ensuring that projects are completed to the required standards and time frames.
You will be working on Carpentry packages intitially and in future be part of delivering end-to-end fit outs.
It is essential that the successful candidate be able to exhibit a high level of product knowledge of Commercial estimation
- High level of product knowledge of Commercial estimation
- Receiving quotation and tender requests from clients; inclusive of design/engineering drawings and project specifications and assist preparation of tenders for new contracts/variations works.
- Reviewing drawings and completing take-offs to form part of our tender submission.
- Reviewing key areas of specifications to identify key compliance allowances/exclusions.
- Ongoing communication with clients for purposes of amendments and/or variations.
- Assist with procurement of materials.
Experience on CommercialFit Outprojects is a must!
- Must have intermediate computer skills using take off software as well as Excel & PlanSwift.
- You will be meeting face-to-face with clients on a regualr basis so strong interpersonal skills will be required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to liaise with clients
- Ability to detail costings, prepare & submit accurate tenders and quotations.
- Ability to work to specifications & deadlines.
- $110,000-130,000K package
