We have an exciting full time opportunity available within our E&S Commercial Estimating Team based out of our Noble Park Head Office. A specialised role working with all key commercial sectors (Architect & Design, Volume Builders, Boutique Builders), your main responsibilities will be:
- Assisting with quotations across a wide variety of clients including volume builders, developers, construction companies, architects, commercial plumbers, project management companies, designers and other trade related companies.
- Providing a best-in-class experience to all suppliers and customers - efficiency in process always being front of mind
- Conversion of customer enquiries to quotes via multiple sources including phone calls, email and online form enquiries.
- Accurately using systems and tools to track and record relevant information and sales related data.
- Providing additional backup support as required to our Commercial Sales Team
- Collaborating with all key stakeholders and departments within our business to develop strong relationships.
Who are you?
You have strong experience within an administrative support or sales environment. Competent knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace programs and technological literacy is a must. Commercial estimating experience or a solid understanding of the industry would be advantageous. You are brilliant at time management, with exceptional organisational and planning skills. You have proven experience to working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
