We offer true work life balance, working from home arrangements, team events and much more.Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Infrastructure team in Brisbane are looking for an Estimator to work across a variety of different projects including Rail, Airports, Utilities, and many more.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend will give you the opportunity to work with world class clients on cutting edge projects and to build a successful career with a company that will offer the highest levels of support at every stage.We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, from planning the future development across Infrastructure projects to site based construction of individual projects, while helping the largest companies in the world. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use.In an Estimating role, you will have knowledge in:

• Develop cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Ability to both estimate and manage a team of estimators.
• Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associate report writing.
• Leading the estimating team across a variety of Infrastructure projects, covering aviation, rail, roads and utilities.
• Leading our existing key client relationships.
• Displaying excellence in service delivery leadership.
• Ability to undertake both cost planning and estimating and integrate with a team of cost managers
• Conduct estimate assurance reviews and associated report writing

Qualifications

• 8+ years plus industry experience
• Full working rights and be currently living in Australia.
• A recognised Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering or similar
• Infrastructure experience prerequisite, especially with aviation or utilities.
• Track record of engaging and influencing clients at a senior level.
• Clear understanding of and ability to implement strategy for growth, with clear relevance to the local market context.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Ability to produce resource-based estimates, top down cost plans or parametric cost models
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills.
• Demonstrable reputation for challenge, innovation and continued improvement.
• Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to your clients.
