This role is central to our sales process and a key contributor to our engagement with customers.

As the Estimator & Sales Administrator your role will include:
- Preparing and delivering estimates and budgets,
- Auditing projects and overseeing overall expenses.
- Negotiating and confirming prices and rates with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Entering and formulating data into Excel Spreadsheets at a high level of competency
- Analysing plans and other project documentation
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, colleagues and suppliers
Our Next Estimator & Sales Administrator
To be successful in this role you will;
- Have excellent Mathematical and Analytical Skills
- Have a mature and settled outlook on life and an ability to work well under pressure
- Exhibit a can do attitude and an ability to problem solve
- Demonstrate Intermediate Computer Skills with Experience in Microsoft – Excel/ Word/Outlook in particular formulas within excel
- Have developed a confident telephone manner, good communication skills and an ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Be passionate, positive and self-motivated
- Show an ability to prepare and deliver estimates from plans/tender specifications
- Have Excellent Attention to Detail and the ability to work well within a team.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to deliver the highest levels of quality customer service at every step of the journey
- You must have or be willing to obtain a current WWCC and Police Check
