Role Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Estimator/ Supervisor to join our growing team in Victoria.
This role provides the opportunity to begin the state to utilise your building knowledge to conduct and generate site assessments on a variety of projects across multiple sites. You'll be responsible for all construction tasks including procurement and allocation of trades, ensure high quality of works on all projects and keep clients informed at every stage of the repair process. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively at once is necessary.
The Ideal Candidate
You must be familiar with engaging tradespeople, scheduling workflows, and managing multiple construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Carpentry, however candidates with trade backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
You must possess proven experience in estimating, scoping works, and generating reports across a diverse spectrum of construction projects.

Experience
Minimum 2 years proven experience in a similar Estimator/ supervisor role – insurance industry experience is preferred.
