A market leading specialist, my client has a 30+ year history providing services across insurance, restoration, and emergency repairs nationally. They pride themselves on their commitment to providing competitive, reliable quality services.
About the role:
Seeking a dynamic and skilled Assessor/Supervisor who will primarily be responsible for conducting on-site building damage assessments and quotes on a diverse range of projects and coordinating building repair jobs.
Utilising your knowledge of building and expertise, you will assess the damage, identify the cause, type a quality scope of work and report to support your findings.
You will be responsible for project management of the end-to-end repair or building work within budget and completing within repair cycle timeline as per KPI's.
QBCC Site Supervisor license is a must as you will be required to Supervise and inspect work to ensure compliance with WHS legislation.
Client satisfaction is crucial so you will be expected to ensure clients and customers are well informed throughout the lifecycle of work as well as regular progress communication.
About you:
Ideally you will be located in Brisbane and must be able to commit to travelling to sites across North and Southside of Brisbane.
- QBCC Site Supervisor license is a must.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the construction industry - insurance or residential is preferred.
- Trade background or a broad knowledge of insurance/ domestic building construction and repairs would be an advantage.
- Tech savy
- Can do attitude and eagerness to learn.
