Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator / Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, estimating project costs, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to accurately estimate project requirements and costs.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotes to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive scaffolding solutions that meet client specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable to both parties.
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and estimating within the scaffolding or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications for estimating and project management.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
