Their Estimating Team is expanding and this is the perfect opportunity an experienced Sales Estimator looking to take on a new challenge with a longstanding business and team.
Duties
- Produce fixed price quotations and contracts in accordance with agreed guidelines and margins.
- Provide accurate estimates within the time lines provided.
- Pricing for new and existing products, and the updating of the Variation Price List.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ's for housing products.
- Obtain and interpret pre-requisites for contract preparation.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years as a Sales Estimator for a residential builder
- Proven experience using Databuild
- Strong knowledge of BCA and Australian Standards
- High level of numeracy and computer usage skills
