My client is a leading residential builder in the Gold Coast who are looking for an experienced Sales Estimator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and produce an accurate bill of quantities and purchase orders.
- Complete accurate estimates of jobs including variations.
- Utilise estimating systems to the full capacity to ensure job/time efficiencies.
- Obtain relevant quotes and pricing.
- Maintain organised files and appropriate documentation of completed work.
About You:
- Min 3 years sales estimating experience with a residential builder.
- Experience with Databuild.
- NDIS experience would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
