We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in Hospitality to join our team at Coles Distribution Centre in Eastern Creek, NSW. You’ll thrive on client and customer interaction, getting the best out of your team and exceeding our client’s expectations. You will be leading a small team of service and culinary professionals who are dedicated to fresh and inventive flavours, flawless service standards and great banter!
Key Duties
- Mentoring and growing your team
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Catering at a high level across retail and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
- Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
- Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
- Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality
The Person
- Demonstrated experience at management level; qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Experience in a comparable environment
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated

- Willing to obtain a national police clearance
