This position calls for an organised and motivated professional who will own the responsibility to coordinate the webinar/seminar event schedule for the member growth division.
The role...
- Promote and drive attendance of the fund's key member events
- Work closely with the digital and marketing team
- Provide reports and outcomes of seminars to the wider team
- Operate and maintain CRM database and ensure accurate collation of data
- Reconcile invoices to keep in line with allocated budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders including agencies
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- At least 2-4 years’ recent experience in a Marketing/Event Management or similar role
- Previous experience in financial services (ideal but not essential)
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate an events schedule and deliver a variety of events
- Proficiency Knowledge in event booking systems (ideal but no essential)
