Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Creating event and activation run sheets that cover every imaginable aspect of our events, because we leave nothing to chance.
- Roster our superstar team to ensure we've got the best hands-on deck at all times, making every event a raving success.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure those are met during the event.
- Book and manage food and drink suppliers for upcoming events
- Master the art of smooth 'bump in' and 'bump out' operations, ensuring every setup and breakdown is nothing short of perfection.
- Dive into event prep, packing, and prepping materials with an eagle eye for detail, ensuring a seamless flow from station to station.
