We currently have a vacancy for a pro-active, passionate Marketing and Events Coordinator looking to build on their skills and learn within a dynamic team.
About the role
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing and Events Coordinator will provide Marketing and Events support across a number of key programs of work. Working as part of a dynamic, supportive team, the role will be responsible for:
- Partnering with various stakeholders and departments to execute company events, conferences, and expos
- Preparing and producing the supporting promotional material, posters, and press releases etc. for these events
- Supporting the delivery of key marketing communications, specifically through digital marketing platforms
- General marketing support to the broader team.
You will have the following:
- Marketing qualification is desirable (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Experience supporting or coordinating events
- Ability to prioritise and an eye for detail
- Ability to work as part of a team in an exciting and challenging environment
- Strong team and customer orientation with a positive attitude and the willingness to take on new challenges
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications or Google Apps for work
- Experience with Adobe Creative suite is an advantage.
