We are on the lookout for an Event Manager eager to manage the delivery and execution of our activations and events.

About the Role:
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Deliver and set up at our events 🚚
- Be a part of the onsite team, handling the logistics of bumping in and bumping out 🛠️
- Ensure our events and carts are picture-perfect and our operations run seamlessly 📸
- Coordinate and execute event run sheets with precision and flair 📑
- Maintain a symphony of logistics, ensuring our carts and teams hit the right note at every venue
- Foster harmonious relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate
- Collaborate with a close-knit team, where your passion for the catering industry will help orchestrate success
Work Schedule:
- Event-centric, with occasional weekend commitments 🗓️
- 🚚 Note: This role requires driving and some heavy lifting.
You Bring to the Table:
- A passion for events
- Proven experience in catering or events coordination – you know your way around a run sheet like a chef knows their recipes
- Exceptional communication skills 🗣️
- A logistical mindset – you see the matrix in the movement of goods and services
- A penchant for organisation – you're all about the details, even the ones smaller than popcorn kernels
- An ability to lead, support, and inspire those around you – teamwork is your secret sauce
