About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Event Organiser to take on a full-time position.
Duties will include:
- Organising and overseeing varied events at multiple sites within the company
- Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence
- Planning events according to requirements, target audience and objectives
- Maintaining the standards of the business through the implementation of company policies, procedures, inductions and processes that are aligned to the business objectives
- Data entry, keeping information up to date and accurate, making notes and communicating effectively with team members
- Following up with clients, returning calls and emails, building client relationships using a soft sell approach and upselling of other services
- Following up with clients to gain information on the level of our service and to seek out any feedback and areas of improvement
- Handling client issues, problems and concerns to ensure a positive outcome for both the client and the company
- Providing an exceptional level of service to clients, candidates and colleagues
- Salary of between $65,000 and $75,000 depending on experience
The Successful Candidate will possess the following:
- Diploma Qualification and/or 2 to 3 years of relevant employment experience
- Excellent grooming, presentation and communication skills
- Exemplary time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
