Sydney Harbour Exclusive & Exclusive Getaway specialising in luxury yacht charters, events, brokerage, sales, travel, VIP services in majority Sydney & around Australia concentrating on the Great Barrier Reef.
Our Sydney office based in Darlinghurst with onsite parking.
Ideal candidate will have a strong sales history with management experience, a fast working pace environment exceptional level of event coordination is required dealing with high-profile and corporate clients. Predominantly an office based role with client interactions onboard our luxury yachts & venues. Fun enthusiastic small team located at our Darlinghurst office.
Total remuneration package +$100,000 for the correct candidate (Salary, Commission, Super)

This is an exciting and challenging role for the right individual. The role is Monday to Friday office based with some weekend work required during busy periods.
JOB DESCIPTION
This position is ideal for someone looking gain hands on experience in event planning, develop their skill set and work with the most prestigious members in the industry.
You will be exposed to the below skill development:
- Event coordination experience; from initial quotation stages, to developing the event with the client and then executing the event (under the supervision of the management team).
- Must have strong confident sales skills
- Creating and developing relationships with clients, suppliers and other industry members.
- Building upon and developing your communication and sales skills
- Building upon and developing marketing techniques
- Quoting, billing and invoicing.
- Working to strict deadlines and exercising your time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with daily event enquiries received online and phone.
- Developing quoting documents (under the supervision of management) based of specific client requests.
- Assist in the daily operations of head office.
- Assist the Event Manager with all event related matters as directed on a daily basis.
