We have a dream list of clients and have delivered, and are delivering, some of the most innovative and inspiring campaigns in our category.Amplify's Sydney office are looking for a strong Production Coordinator or Associate Producer with at least two years experience in production or events management and a passion for brand experiences. This is an exciting role working across a variety of brands to deliver culturally connected brand experiences, working as part of an experienced team. An opportunity to work with progressive clients and be part of a team that create award winning campaigns that join the dots between people, brands + culture.Events experience is valuable but most important is an understanding of marketing and experience of project management and support.The day to day:
> Strong attention to detail is a must as this role will support the Producers on project delivery.
> Provide production and logistical support in the planning and delivery of all events and activations.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills
> Assist in the operational delivery of “onsite” bump in/outs for all events and activations.
> Process and manage production and event purchase orders and vendor payments, ensuring finances and accounts are processed and paid on time and within budget.
