About the Role

The primary purpose of the Events and Awards Assistant is to assist in the delivery of Fire Rescue Victoria's (FRV) awards program and support the Manager, Events and Ceremonies with direct communication with FRV staff and external suppliers.

What you will need to Succeed

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in media or communications advantageous but not compulsory
  • A proven track record of project management and coordination 
  • A proven track record of excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience
  • Relevant experience in admin or project management desirable 
  • Not necessary but advantageous if you have experience in events, media or communications position.
