Current Opportunity – Operations Coordinator
Our Audit team in Brisbane are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to assist our Audit Operations Manager and Leadership team to effectively manage and improve the day-to-day operations of the Audit division and manage the implementation and ongoing review of change initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Operations Manager to ensure strategic and operational objectives for the Audit Division are met
- Support career conversation process, including follow up actions
- Manage learning and development requirements for the Audit Division
- Manage and maintain the completion of job appraisals for the Audit Division
- Assist the Operations Manager with resource management
- Organise and coordinate the onboarding of new staff into the Audit Division
- Coordinate regular feedback from the team on the offshore team performance
- Organise and coordinate the graduate and vacationer programs with People & Culture
- Weekly reconciliation of hours for the TOIL (Time Off in Lieu) calculations
- Sending of weekly timesheet reminders and follow up of outstanding timesheets
- Ensuring the team/pastoral partner/pastoral manager meetings are occurring as scheduled and are suitably documented
- Provide ad hoc support to Operations Manager and Audit Partners as required

Ideally, you’ll have:
- Experience working in a similar operational, project management or administrative-based role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- A positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Microsoft Office suite – advanced Excel, PowerPoint highly desired
