The Opportunity
As the Event Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our events team, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and follow-up of high-profile events. This role offers a unique blend of event management, creative planning, and client relationship building. Your Role
- Event Planning: You will lead the planning and execution of events, from initial concept to final wrap-up. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that each event runs smoothly and meets our high standards of excellence.
- Creativity and Innovation: Develop innovative event concepts that engage and inspire our audience. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to our event offerings.
- Client and Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, sponsors and stakeholders. Your ability to understand their needs and deliver exceptional value will be pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Budget Management: You will oversee event budgets, ensuring we deliver high-quality events within financial constraints. Your financial acumen will help maximise each event's return on investment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing, sales, and editorial teams to ensure our events align with overall business goals. Your collaborative approach will foster a cohesive and efficient event-planning process.
