To continue to offer versatile and unique experiences all year round, we are looking for an experienced Events Planner. This role offers a unique opportunity to bring your creativity and innovation, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution of all Corporate and Business Events at Brisbane Powerhouse. You'll be collaborating with the Technical Services and Precinct teams for logistical support, liaising with clients, and managing the allocation of furniture, equipment, catering, bar resources, and staff as per client requirements.
To succeed in this position, you will have formal qualifications relevant to Event Management and/or at least three years experience in Functions and Events management based in an Arts Centre, multi-use venue and/or entertainment environment. You will have a detailed knowledge of functions, catering, and event requirements for all types of events, from breakfast meetings to large outdoor events.
