The Arc Agency, a national and well-established sales and marketing business located in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, is seeking a dynamic and influential Events-Sales Manager. Join our passionate events team at our Sydney head office and play a pivotal role in prospecting and securing opportunities for our highly attended architectural and interior design trade show events across Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business by building strong relationships through conducting meetings, both online and face-to-face.
Utilize your sales skills to upsell, extend current opportunities and convert new business.
Promote and sell The Arc Agency's suite of events and services to Architectural product suppliers.
Thrive on the phone, leveraging your experience with high-volume telephone calls.
Identify and secure new opportunities that align with The Arc Agency's brand.
Your Skills & Qualities:
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, with a proven ability to exceed sales targets.
Confident telephone manner and the ability to present effectively face to face.
Presentable, personable, and with a 'can-do' attitude.
Excellent written and communication skills.
