  • Develop and manage rosters for team members working a flexible 7-day roster, required to travel for events.
  • Build effective internal and external stakeholder relationships with strong communication.
  • Take charge of budgetary considerations for events ensuring business objectives and targets are met.
  • Attend interstate and local events regularly, on average 1 to 2 weekends each month (between February and November); assisting with facilitating/hosting events and international events as required.
  • Model and deliver outstanding customer service to event attendees.
  • Adhoc duties as required.
Key success criteria:

  • Proven expertise in project management and strategic event planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Strong financial acumen, with a track record of effectively managing event budgets.
  • Experience in optimising resources and ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Ability to establish clear and concise communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track record of delivering measurable results, meeting or exceeding targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs and deliverables.
  • Exceptional and meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and able to balance competing and diverse priorities.
  • Excellent relationship/rapport builder with a knack for influencing outcomes.
  • Agility and resilience to work within a constantly evolving business environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly full-time and travel on-site to events 1 to 2 weekends each month on average.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
In return for your commitment, you’ll enjoy our multi-award-winning flexible work culture with home-based work options and collaborative, supportive leadership.
