An Excavator Operator is required to work as part of a small team at our mine sites on the North West Coast of Tasmania. TAM mines high quality silica sand using techniques that have a strict focus on quality control; patience and attention to detail are essential.
Requirements:
- Excavator licence and experience
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Safety Focused
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Driver’s licence
- Trim experience could be beneficial.
- Computer literacy would be beneficial but not essential.
TAM has 3 mining locations, and the operator will be expected to rotate between the 3 sites. However the job is mostly south of Smithton, so the applicant preferably would be based in this vicinity.
