What You'll Do:
- Operate excavators to install screw piles safely and precisely with a spotter.
- Manage logistics for equipment transport and setup.
- Work collaboratively to ensure project success.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety standards.
Who We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in excavator operation and screw pile installation.
- In-depth understanding of civil construction and foundational work.
- Ability to interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.
- Availability for extended hours and travel.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications:
- CI Card (White Card)
- Car/Truck License
- Excavator Operator Certification
- NON-SYNCRO HR or HC license (desirable)
