As Executive Administrator, you will be key to ensuring the professional operation of the Office of the Director, Canberra Theatre Centre (CTC) working closely with, and under the direction of the Director, CTC. Your role will support the CTC senior management team, contributing to the efficient administration of the CTC office.
You will need to have a great suite of classic EA skills and proven experience including wide-ranging administrative support, reception duties, diary management, hospitality, preparing meeting papers and minuting meetings, as well as being an effective verbal and written communicator, able to deal professionally with a range of stakeholders.
