The Position:

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting our dynamic CEO, Leadership Team, and the broader organisation, ensuring seamless operations and contributing to overall organisational success.

This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who excels in a dynamic work environment, demonstrating the ability to manage a wide array of responsibilities.

This position will require the applicant to:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to all aspects of corporate governance, including Board papers.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership Team.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse community sectors and backgrounds.
  • Have familiarity with office equipment and supplies procurement.
  • Have a sound understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, expense reimbursement.
  • Ensure discretion in handling confidential information and maintaining a high level of ethical conduct.

An ideal candidate for this position would be someone who possesses:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Expertise to liaise and actively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent digital skills and be able to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Excellent listening and effective organisational skills.
  • Refined computer skills using Microsoft Office 365 and other programs.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills to address challenges and make well-informed decisions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Minimum five years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in office software and communication tools.
  • Highly experienced in being able to to handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

This is a Full-Time position; however, candidates interested in Part-Time (0.8) are encouraged to submit their applications.

Remuneration: Band 5 - $73,191.04 - $85,284.16 per annum plus Superannuation
