About the role
Reporting to the Principal you will be providing them full executive support as well being responsible for organising the day to day activities of the school and Principals office liaising directly with a wide range of stakeholders daily both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all matters including all correspondence for the Principal,
- Event and Diary management
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Organising of regular meetings with various parties
- Preparing of various reports and documents for both internal and external parties
- Managing budgets and expense expenditure
- Working with HR ensuing policies and processes are regularly updated across the school network
- Ongoing project work and initiatives
- Diplomatic, discrete, resilient and be able to maintain confidentiality.
- EA experience gained working at executive and a fast-paced level preferably within an education environment
- Excellent professional interpersonal and communication skills and work with integrity
- Tech savvy – very high level of computer literacy with Office 365
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to be innovative and creative in striving for continual improvement.
