Key Responsibilities:
- Managing buyer callbacks from open inspections
- Coordinating with trades on-site
- Handling all advertising and conveyancing tasks
- Attending open inspections
- Overseeing compliance
- Preparing reports on behalf of the director
- Performing all associated sales administrative tasks
- Min 2 years industry experience (ESSENTIAL)
- VIC Agents Representative Certificate (ESSENTIAL)
- Driver's Licence and your own vehicle
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
