Your new role:
KickAss is all about impact in the camping industry, hence the name. We innovate, design & improve camping and 12V products for our customers who are passionate about 4WD and camping. Our Head Office, located in Kunda Park contains a dynamic workplace including a Showroom, Warehouse, Workshop, Marketing Hub, Engineering Team and Office.
What you'll need to succeed:
This role is based at our head office on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. You will be experienced in the arrangement of bookings and travel, administrative coordination and support delivery to management teams and individuals. The successful candidate will be adaptable, professional and have an aptitude for detail.
Some key tasks include:
- Creation and distribution of minutes with a quick turnaround.
- Supporting the management of meetings, email, calls, travel arrangements, expenses, databases, and other company logistics.
- Proactively anticipating the needs of Managers.
- Providing support to the Leadership Team as required.
- Review and prioritise incoming emails, phone calls, correspondence and reports to determine action.
- General office administrative and support tasks.
- Ordering of stock and equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
