The Executive Office Management Team at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your opportunity
- Provide a high level of confidential executive and administrative support and coordination and liaison services to support designated members of the Executive Leadership Team to deliver on their accountabilities, whilst achieving a high level of performance in the demanding executive environment.
- Work as part of a broader executive support team, contributing to the management and co-ordination the daily functions of the Executive Office to ensure the smooth and efficient service delivery within the Office of the Chief Executive and the Executive Leadership Team within MHHS.
