The Role:
- Delivering confidential administrative and executive assistance to the Director to the Head of Franchise
- Ensuring smooth interaction with both internal and external parties, while supervising coordination among the franchise recruitment team
- Contributing to crucial business ventures and programs
- Supervising the creation of new franchise office paperwork with legal professionals, handling documents, franchise contracts, renewals, transfers, closures, and modifications.
- Working alongside the Franchise Operations Team and aiding the growth team in pinpointing potential office prospects.
- Robust administrative capabilities and adeptness in computer literacy
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to excel in a demanding, high-volume workload
- Proficiency in both autonomous tasks and cooperative teamwork
- Superb customer service aptitude and a refined personal demeanor
- Confidence, maturity, and adaptability
- Familiarity with MS Office and a strong attention to detail
- Eagerness to grasp concepts related to contracts and legal paperwork
- Attractive compensation package up to $120K negotiable depending on experience
