WHAT YOU WILL LEAD & GROW
  • This 14-month contract EA position, will provide high level secretarial, event management and administrative support to the Managing Director primarily, and will assist the Senior Executive team whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • The role will produce correspondence and presentations both of a general and confidential nature and organise business appointments and travel arrangements for the Managing Director and at times the senior leadership team.
  • The position will schedule and attend confidential management and board meetings including preparing agendas, transcribing minutes, and distributing post meeting correspondence.
  • You will communicate with senior leaders and board members on behalf of the Managing Director and you will establish and coordinate the implementation of Company administrative policies.
  • You will organise and co-ordinate events and business functions.
WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB?
  • At least 7 years previous senior administration experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an EA role working for a senior leader.
  • Microsoft Office advanced skills, preferably with other systems experience, eg. expense management system.
  • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion.
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • You will be a professional EA with ability to liaise at an executive level and to work under pressure, while maintaining composure.
