Our client, located in Sydney's Upper North Shore, is looking for a highly organised, detail oriented Executive Assistantthe be the administrative backbone to their supremely successful, nationally recognised Director and the wider Sales Team. 

The ideal candidate has a meticulous eye for detail and a strong work ethic. You will be proactive, take initiative and have the ability to multitask. Our client is looking for an individual who has proven experience working in a fast paced environment, is a strong communicator and understands the importance of building strong, positive relationships. You will be an enthusiastic, energetic and driven individual who is a great team player but also has the ability to work autonomously. 

Experience within the real estate landscape is highly desired, however our client is open to all backgrounds including but not limited to Executive Assistants, administration managers, sales account management or client service professionals.

Your duties will include…

  • Providing EA support to a highly respected, market dominating Director;
  • Providing assistance and administration services for the wider sales team;
  • Assisting with all sales and marketing media for listings;
  • Acting as the support for the team and using initiative wherever possible to ensure the team members are able to focus on acquiring listings and reaching stretch targets;
  • Liaising with current and past clients;
  • Providing exceptional customer service;
  • Organising / coordinating marketing initiatives;
  • Liaising & coordinating with external stakeholders;
  • Scheduling;
  • Developing and maintaining office policy and procedures;
  • Managing team compliance;
  • Systems management;
  • Data management;
  • Preparing reports for the Director and sales team;
  • Managing community engagement.
  • Market research; and
  • General administration tasks.
      
To succeed in this role you'll have…
  • A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate Of Registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
  • An exceptional customer service ethos;
