Experience within the real estate landscape is highly desired, however our client is open to all backgrounds including but not limited to Executive Assistants, administration managers, sales account management or client service professionals.

Your duties will include…
- Providing EA support to a highly respected, market dominating Director;
- Providing assistance and administration services for the wider sales team;
- Assisting with all sales and marketing media for listings;
- Acting as the support for the team and using initiative wherever possible to ensure the team members are able to focus on acquiring listings and reaching stretch targets;
- Liaising with current and past clients;
- Providing exceptional customer service;
- Organising / coordinating marketing initiatives;
- Liaising & coordinating with external stakeholders;
- Scheduling;
- Developing and maintaining office policy and procedures;
- Managing team compliance;
- Systems management;
- Data management;
- Preparing reports for the Director and sales team;
- Managing community engagement.
- Market research; and
- General administration tasks.
- A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate Of Registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
- An exceptional customer service ethos;
- Process driven with a strong attention to detail;
- A focused, driven and motivated personality;
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook;
- High level problem solving skills;
