Qualifications & experience
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience supporting senior leaders
- Working with Children's Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Card (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
- Proficient with Mac Computers, Office365, Xero and Canva
Tasks & responsibilities
- Calendar Management
- Travel Management
- Prepare Meeting Agendas and Minutes
- Assist with Event Coordination & Service Delivery where needed
- Draft Correspondence
- Carry out errands from time to time to ensure the business operates effectively.
- Assist with covering administration staff leave as needed
- Be a central point of contact for the team for the Directors
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders
