We will count on you to:
- Remain compliant with internal standards and policies when dealing with sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Assists group leader with meeting logistics, agenda setting and prioritization of issues. Works with Events department on team offsites.
- Understands functional group's key clients and sales goals and proactively spots clients that haven't been called upon and/or who need follow up; work with senior level employees and their EAs to arrange meetings.
- Researches and makes recommendations on issues and concerns, including those of a sensitive or confidential natures, as the need arises to optimize performance.
- Maintains regular contact with other administrative staff to stay well-informed of priorities, avoid duplication, and ensure operational efficiencies; develops internal processes to ensure that all suppliers and invoices relating to the group are managed and paid on time.
- Produces monthly and ad hoc reports and dashboards, including analysis and recommendations.
What you need to have:
- 5+ years of experience in a Executive Assistant role
- High level oral and written communications skills
- Highly organised
- Excellent diary management
- Proactive and forward thinking
- Digitally astute, highly analytical, strong delivery and execution skills, strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail
