This international consultancy firm are looking for an ambitious and intelligent Executive Assistant to support an inspirational and results orientated Partner. Day to day you will:

  • Manage your Partner’s diary and schedule
  • Set up and attending meetings
  • Draft correspondence
  • Prepare meeting papers, agendas and other documents in preparation of meetings
  • Format information for internal and external communication
  • Create documents and presentations
  • Handle and prioritise all outgoing and incoming correspondence
  • Screen and direct phone calls and emails
  • Organise travel
  • Reconcile credit card and manage expenses with SAP Concur
Standout candidate profile:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant with a background in professional services. You have excellent people skills, are a great networker and can easily develop relationships with senior stakeholders. You are professional, intelligent and can think on your feet whilst having an incredibly high level of professionalism and extreme attention to detail
  • Understand conflicting deadlines
  • You will have strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Take pride in your appearance and professionalism
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A Powerpoint expert
  • Have a sense of urgency and experience dealing with super sensitive information
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environments
