Our client, a global tech company, are seeking a highly experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant with excellent internal communication skills.
The perfect candidate has 7+ years experience supporting Executive level leadership teams, has demonstrated experience with implementing communication plans AND has experience working in the tech industry in Australia. Please do not apply for this role if you do not possess these essential skills.
Contract: 18-months
Location: North Sydney – at least 3 days in the office, the rest can be worked remotely
Rate: Up to $521/day + Super
Equipment: Laptop and accessories provided
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating, managing and implementing executive communication plans, including internal communications, customer case studies etc.
- Executive Calendar Management
- End-to-end Travel Planning (domestic and international)
- Events planning (meetings, off-sites etc.)
- Expense Management
- Project Coordination
- Onboarding of New Hires
- Other daily administrative tasks, as needed
Candidate requirements, you MUST have:
- 7+ years experience in Exec Communications and Business Admin for a corporate Executive
- Experience working in the Technology Sector in Australia
- Expert proficiency in the Microsoft 365 suite
- The ability to manage a high and time sensitive workload with a calm, confident and positive attitude.
- Able to monitor complex plans and schedules
- A high level of administrative skill
