Operations Coordinator (2IC) Roles

2024 Tasmanian Dairy Business of the Year and a former Employer of the Year winner, BWB Group is looking to strengthen their leadership teams by adding key roles at the Operations Coordinator (2IC) level. BWB Group comprises seven dairy farms separately owned and operated milking approximately 7,000 cows in various locations across the north of Tasmania, all within approximately 1 hour drive of Launceston.
The seven farms are all irrigated to varying extents and range in size, milking herds of 600-1,200 cows through primarily rotary dairies. All BWB farms aim for best practice sustainable management including effluent management, carbon emissions, biodiversity, best practice animal welfare and WHS systems.

- Prior experience in a similar role in the dairy industry
- Demonstrated ability to both lead a team and “get hands dirty” as part of a team

- High level of initiative and judgement
- Demonstrated motivation for the dairy lifestyle
