Reporting directly to the Director of Food & Beverage, your responsibilities will include:
- Immersing yourself in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Responsibility for ensuring high quality restaurant standard food is showcased throughout our entire banquet operation
- Oversight of a $5 million culinary operation with meticulous attention to detail
- Inspiration and guidance for our kitchen team, fostering a culture of culinary excellence
- Assurance that every dish reflects our steadfast commitment to quality and taste
- Collaboration across departments to curate exceptional dining experiences
