• Immersing yourself in day-to-day kitchen operations

• Oversight of a $5 million culinary operation with meticulous attention to detail
• Inspiration and guidance for our kitchen team, fostering a culture of culinary excellence
• Assurance that every dish reflects our steadfast commitment to quality and taste
• Collaboration across departments to curate exceptional dining experiences
