Saling Spain, France and Italy - Immediate start with return ticket.
This is a short term contract for 4 months.Immediate start, the super yacht will be setting course around the Mediterranean in the first week of June 2024 in which the voyage will end around late September 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Cooking and preparing meals for both crew and principal client
- Provisioning of all food items
- Adhering to budget
- Administration of food inventory within the galley
- Upholding galley safety and sanitary standards
Skills/Experience:
- Menu planning
- Excellent creativity and presentation skills
- Highly organised
- Great commmunication skills
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies
- Ability to overcome seasickness
