BASScare is a growing community based NFP provider of a range of aged and community services. Reporting to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and will have the following remit:
- Strategic and operational responsibility for Residential Aged care (RAC) and Retirement Living (RL) Operations including Hospitality
- Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the RAC and RL teams that results in outstanding resident care, exceptional staff satisfaction, regulatory compliance and on-going financial viability.
About you
- Experience in Residential Aged Care and/or Retirement Living management
- Experience in managing multiple sites and a multi-disciplinary team
- You will need current AHPRA registration
- Energy and enthusiasm to build a great team to care for our residents
About the role
- Managing the operations of 2 Aged Care Facilities and 2 Retirement Villages
- Optimising team performance and maintaining approved provider status
- Strategic goal achievement including developing an organisation wide Dementia Management Strategy
- Ensuring Services exceed industry standards and regulations
- Stakeholder Engagement, representing the organisation with all stakeholders
- Ensuring financial sustainability – commercial viability and alignment with organisational targets/industry benchmarking
- 60% operations + 40% strategy (hands-on in operations with keen eye for strategy
