General Manager/Residential Manager – Aged Care
Seeking experienced General Manager (Clinical) for 2-3 Month Contract with an Aged Care home (<100 beds) based in the Regional VIC. Travel and accommodation provided.
Duties of the role include overseeing the smooth running of an Aged Care home, leading a team and ensuring a high standard of care, quality and compliance and adherence to regulatory and organisational requirements. The role also includes overseeing recruitment and labour management, reporting, budget, and total operations of the home.
Suitable Applicants will have

• Previous experience - 3+ years in Aged Care Leadership as a Facility Manager, General Manager or Residential manager
• Registered Nurse with AHPR Registration
• Strong leadership skills
• Availability for an ASAP commencement
• Police Check/NDIS Workers Screening or willingness to obtain.
