Aruma is here for the new world of disability support – the NDIS world.The OpportunityReporting to the Chief People, Property & Growth, the Executive General Manager – Therapeutics is a key member of the Executive team responsible for leading and growing their Early Childhood Intervention, Behaviour Support and Therapeutic Services. This role will ensure high quality and innovative service delivery whilst leading and directing business development and community engagement to support their quest for being the largest and stronger provider of Early Childhood Intervention, Behaviour Supports and Therapeutic Services. The EGM Therapeutics is responsible for:
- Managing a national team to facilitate therapeutic service delivery and implement business plans in line with Aruma’s strategic vision
- Develop and lead a transformational strategy that ensures Aruma can quickly adapt to the NDIS Foundational Supports Model and drive new business growth through acquisitions, organic growth, and successful tendering.
- Enhancing staff engagement to foster a high-performing team culture that delivers quality outcomes and an outstanding customer experience
- Ensuring budgetary and financial compliance in line with funding arrangements.
- Tertiary degree or qualification in Disability, Health, or Business-related discipline.
- Significant experience in senior leadership roles within the Early Childhood Intervention and Therapy sector driving operational excellence.
- Demonstrated capability in leading a team to deliver exceptional evidence-based customer outcomes.
- Successful track record of generating growth and new business.
- Proven commercial understanding and experience overseeing budgetary compliance and financial targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders, other government agencies and specialist support services, both internal and external.
