The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Manager – Operations is a newly created position that will play a crucial role in shaping the future of eQuality Support. From leading the execution of the strategic plan to oversight of day-to-day operations you will apply your significant experience, commercial acumen, and leadership skill to drive the ongoing growth of eQuality Support. You will also provide direct hands-on support to your team of senior leaders, facilitating individual and team growth, performance, and professional development.
This position would suit an experienced commercially focused senior manager and leader who is looking to take the next step in their career. Duties
- Shape, lead, and drive the organisations strategic plan
- Develop and maintain oversight of budgets
- Guide, mentor, and support an experienced team of senior leaders
- Lead risk mitigation, risk management, and compliance activities
- Strategic improvement of systems and processes
Skills & Experience;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar senior leadership role
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive results
- Positive and proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience shaping and managing strategic plans and associated budgets
