The Opportunity:
Reporting to the CEO, the Executive Operations Managers provides a comprehensive strategic and administrative support services to our executive group. As an integral part of the Executive Team, the role holder will be the trusted adviser to the CEO and Executives, helping them to deliver our operational and strategic vision.
This is a part time role that e role will include but is not limited to the following key responsibilities:
- Executive support including organisation of calendars, meeting minutes, travel arrangements and the like.
- Identify and implement new work processes to maximise executives' time.
- Act as a liaison between the senior management and various business units.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentation and reports as required.
- Events/Conference management including board meetings, executive strategy days, staff meetings and company social events.
You will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and organisational skills. Of course you will also have proven experience as an executive assistant or a similar role supporting senior management.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skills in Monday.com an advantage.
- Knowledge of or experience in the financial services sector or a professional services setting highly desirable.
