EXECUTIVE MANAGER - PEOPLE, CULTURE & COMPLIANCE

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Executive Manager of People, Culture & Compliance oversees the functions of People & Culture, Learning & Development, Work Health & Safety, Quality and Compliance, Corporate Compliance, Marketing and Membership management, and Strategic Policy and Risk.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams and delivering in-house and contracted support services.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety and experience in developing and implementing associated systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience in operational strategy development including developing and implementing innovation in service delivery for support services.
- Demonstrated experience in developing consumer consultation processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, or systems engineering, or human resources or a related field and/or substantial relevant experience.
