Reporting to the Board, this position has full responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the organisation. The CEO is also responsible for liaising with external stakeholders and will drive strategic actions, planning, improvements, reporting and grant applications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Accountancy, HR or equivalent (desirable)
- Proven experience in a senior management role essential.
- Experience within the aged care or healthcare industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound financial management skills with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality aged care and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Director of Care, oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation providing strong leadership and direction.
- Collate Board and committee reports, and present relevant updates during meetings.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders by fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
- Drive Capital and Infrastructure improvements.
- Development and submission of mandatory reporting and relevant grant applications.
- Following industry trends, including linkages to relevant stakeholders, industry bodies, and community groups.
