Our advanced technology solutions allow our people to provide invaluable support to our clients as we help them lead their businesses into the future. You will lead a team which comprise of Property Relationship Executives, the Team Manager Analysts and the Analyst team, which support businesses that turnover up to $150m or property related finance up to $100m and delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and wholesale investment advice.

You will play a key role in being an expert across property finance, credit, risk, and continuous improvement. Using your ability to coach, mentor and engage both your team and our clients, you will focus on growing quality business across the property market. You will work with a strong performing team with excellent growth potential and will have oversight across our thriving commercial property customer base across Brisbane.
More specifically, you will:
Lead and manage our Commercial Property team in Brisbane
Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify key opportunities within an ever-changing commercial landscape and develop strategies accordingly
Coach and mentor a team and support ongoing development, maintain and develop a high performance culture
Build strong relationships with clients and support your people’s ability to retain their business through excellent client service
Have an in depth understanding of complex client needs and develop key internal relationships to maximise opportunities to deliver a broad range of financial solutions
Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions
Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across Brisbane
We want to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated people management – coach a team to develop uncommon customer focus, risk & credit skills and capabilities
Property Finance experience
A real passion to lead and further develop a skilled team
Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding
A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded
